Four steps of cold storage installation.



First,Cold storage site selection and preparation
According to the using properties,the cold storage can be divided into three categories, the distributive cold storage, retail nature of cold storage and  production of cold storage.Productive cold storage was built near the source relatively concentrated,which also need to consider the convenient transportation, market contact, and other factors. Second, Determination of warehouse capacity.
Cold storage size depending of the highest amount of agricultural products. This capacity is according to the storage products in cold storage pile up in the volume of the necessary to occupy, plus multiple corridor, with wall, ceiling of the space between and space etc packing the calculated. After  suring the cold storage capacity , then determine the length and height of the cold storage. Third,Heat preservation material selection and installation.

Cold storage heat insulation materials points several types, one is processed into fixed shape and size plate, have the fixed length, width and thickness, which based on the need of library body installation, choose relevant specification, high temperature, cold storage is generally selected 10 cm thick library board,low temperature cold storage and freezing cold storage general choose 12 cm or 15 cm of library board. Another kind of cold storage can use polyurethane spraying foam, print  directly into the material of brick or concrete cold storage warehouse. After setting,it is both moisture and heat. Heat insulation materials have polyurethane, polystyrene fat, etc. Polyurethane is not bibulous, better stayed, but the cost is higher.While polystyrene fat has strong water imbibition, bad stayed, and the cost is low. The structure of the modern refrigerator is fabricated the cold storage development, including moistureproof layer and thermal insulation layer of the cold storage components.The point is: easy assembly, fast, and can be moved, but the cost is high.

Fourth, Selection of cooling system.
Cold storage cooling system is the choice of refrigerator compressor and evaporator selection.Generally,small refrigerator choose the closed compressor because closed compressor power is small and relatively cheap, Medium-sized cold storage  generally choose insemi-closed compressor,the large cold storage use the semi-hermetic compressors.In selection, ammonia refrigeration compressor may also be considered. Because ammonia refrigeration compressor has the big power and has multi-function,and cold storage setup and management are more cumbersome. In the evaporator choose, high temperature cold storage choose the cooling fan for evaporator, Which is characterized by the cooling speed, but could easily lead to the loss of water of refrigerated goods. Low temperature cold storage mainly use seamless steel tubes produced by the evaporator coils, which is characterized by a temperature effect,and the timely storage.

The role of classification of the thermostat


The temperature controller is used to detect  the compressor’s  start and stop ,solenoid valve off and control the damper’s size, which  maintained  the temperature at  a predetermined range, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature, which is divided into pressure and electronic two categories, the pressure one also called capsule-type temperature controller, which is characterized by simple structure, good performance and low price; While electronic one  has a negative temperature coefficient thermistor  as a sensor, electronic circuit control relay or thyristor temperature control,which is characterized by fewer mechanical parts, high reliability, high precision temperature control, easy to control  and complicately control the indoor temperature.

The Principle of Temperature Controller


The mechanic temperature use two layers of different metal thermal expansion coefficient together, when temperature changes, the degree of curvature change too, when  it bend to a certain degree, it  will connects (or off) the circuits, makes refrigeration (or heat) equipment work.
While Electronic Temperature through the thermocouple temperature sensing device, such as platinum resistance, puts the temperature signal transformation into electrical signals, uses the single-chip microcomputer. PLC controls the relay circuits and makes heating (or refrigeration) equipment work (or stop).
Another one is mercury thermometer model, when temperature reach to a degree, it will contacts the mercury .
